We support academic and community-based 2SLGBTQIA+ research including project management, research ethics, data collection, data analysis, and report writing.

Training and Webinars

We host webinars and provide training for workplaces, institutions, and community groups on a range of IDEA topics including best practices and 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion.

Advising

IDEA advising on policies, services, and programs, as well as 2SLGBTQIA+ issues.

Curriculum Development

We develop curriculum and e-learning materials, including online tutorials, related to IDEA and 2SLGBTQIA+ issues.

Community Consultations

We hold community consultations with 2SLGBTQIA+ communities to solicit feedback and recommendations to better meet the needs of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

Workplace Culture (for all employees)

  • This webinar focuses on advancing inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) in the workplace. Using an intersectional lens, employees will gain an understanding of how to foster IDEA and why it’s important in the workplace. This webinar is designed for employees of all levels.
